Marketing / Brand
Partner with the Global Brand team to identify and recommend new site content and experiences to address our consumer needs
Partner with Brand Digital Marketing team to optimize performance marketing (SEM/SEO, etc.)
Work with Planning and Finance to develop comprehensive financial plans.
Partner with Internal Merchandising Team to optimize product assortment, depth of buy, site product presentation, and marketing activations to reinforce and enhance brand image
Integrate all site functions: Planning, Site Merchandising, Buying, Marketing, UX/Tech, Operations, and Reporting & Analytics
Digital Strategy & Best Practices
Develop strategic direction and guiding principles for all aspects of digital concepts
New site activations, site business plans / targets, Global Digital Guidelines compliance, etc.
Identify and execute strategic initiatives to support overall business plans to deliver bottom line P&L results, including:
Identify and cascade Site Experience best practices: online navigation, search results, product walls, creative touts and product presentation based on analytics (click-path, traffic, AOV, conversion, etc.) and A/B testing
Lead/partner with territory analytics team to define the reporting and analytics strategy. Review and analyze site traffic, conversion, and revenue daily, through merchandising, cart analysis, and cross-sell/up-sell strategies
Provide expertise and consulting to capital projects related to the platform and site. Strong project management skills: timelines, budgets, execution.
Support the concept’s role and positioning in the marketplace and target consumer audience; ensure that product offerings, design, and marketing efforts are relevant to the target consumer and responsive to their needs.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing or any related fields (Minimum)
At least three years' experience in digital media for B2C business/ ecommerce Business
Hands on experience with Social media advertising Platform, Campaign planning, analysis and Optimization
