Project Manager

This position is position for our client which is The One of the Biggest companies in Thailand, especially in Insurance industry.

• Build up a repository of project templates both technical, management and budget for project Business Cases (scope, goals, deliverables, costs, timescales, plans, dependencies, resource requirements and milestones).
• Support implementation of the quality strategy, including any processes and templates, across all projects.
• Coordinate quality activities to meet quality objectives to manage project risks, issues and change control, communicating the impact to the project.
• Monitoring projects against time, budget and quality standards.
• Continue to evolve the processes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare consolidated material from project reports for monthly review to update and administer the project plan as required using reports from Project Managers and the outcomes of project and committee meetings.
• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
• Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Administration, Financial, Project Management or related fields.
• Work experiences in either end to end process of insurance, financial services, project management experience is a plus.
• Energetic, attentive to details, and dedicated to work.
• Ability to solve immediate problems and have good human relationships.
• Have communication and coordination skills, as well as ability to work under pressure
• Great on time management skills and ability to multitask
• Computer literate and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
